Beef Stroganoff Gnocchi

1 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, fine dice
3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning*
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
4 cups white button mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 lb. low sodium gnocchi
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, roughly chopped
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Brown the beef with onions and iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning* until almost cooked through. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and reserve on a dish. Keep oil and meat juices in pan over high heat.
Step 2: Pan sear mushrooms, cooking them 2-3 minutes per side without stirring too much until mushrooms are deep caramel brown.
Step 3: Deglaze with white wine and reduce until almost dry, stirring and scraping up all the brown bits stuck to the pan.
Step 4: Stir in the flour until well mixed, followed by milk, stirring constantly to prevent clumps.
Step 5: Add beef back in and simmer until very thick, about 10 minutes.
Step 6: Finish by stirring in sour cream and heat through. Remove from heat, do not boil.
Step 7: Meanwhile, fill a large pot halfway with water and boil.
Step 8: Cook gnocchi 3-5 minutes until they are floating. Drain and pour gnocchi into ground beef mixture. Stir to combine.
