Ground Beef Hash

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 French shallot, minced
1 small green bell pepper, small dice
4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
1 small butter nut squash, peeled, seeded & small dice
1/4 cup green Spanish olives, chopped
1/2 cup Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
1 (8 oz) cans tomato puree
1 cup low-sodium beef stock
1/4 cup red wine
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Brown beef with shallot and green pepper evenly.
Step 3: Add tomato puree, beef stock, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning,* hot sauce and red wine. Reduce heat to low, simmer beef for 10 minutes until liquid has thickened.
Step 4: Add olives and butternut squash, cover and cook over low heat for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Liquid should be reduced but not fully dry.
