Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Brown beef with shallot and green pepper evenly.
Step 3
Add tomato puree, beef stock, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning,* hot sauce and red wine. Reduce heat to low, simmer beef for 10 minutes until liquid has thickened.
Step 4
Add olives and butternut squash, cover and cook over low heat for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Liquid should be reduced but not fully dry.
Step 5
Serve with fresh parsley.
