Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup dark beer
  • 4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 3 stalks celery, minced

Directions

Step 1

Combine molasses, vinegar, honey, beer, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning* and vegetables in a slow-cooker. Mix well.

Step 2

Poke at least 100 holes into both sides of beef using a fork.

Step 3

Add beef to sauce, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 4

Serve hot.
