Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb
1 onions, grated
3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
Canola oil for brushing the grill
Fresh lemon wedges
Directions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, mix lamb, onion, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning* and fresh herbs.
Step 2: Divide mixture into 25 equal balls. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes
Step 3: Soak 25 bamboo skewers in warm water for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Form each ball of meat around the pointed tip of the skewers, shaping the ball like an oval and then flattening it slightly.
Step 5: Heat a grill over medium heat and brush with oil.
Step 6: Cook skewers 3-4 minutes per side for medium.
Step 7: Serve hot with pita, yogurt, cucumber and tomatoes with lemon wedges for a complete meal or serve sprinkled with lemon juice as a party appetizer.
