Korean Beef Stir Fry
1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 red pepper, seeded & thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled & cut into matchsticks
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup rice, cooked to package instructions
Step 1: Combine flank steak, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, sesame seeds, iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning, sesame oil and lime juice in a plastic food bag. Knead the bag to fully mix marinade. Marinate beef one hour.
Step 2: Heat coconut oil in a large wok or pan over high heat.
Step 3: Sautee beef and marinade over high heat for 5 minutes until sauce starts to thicken.
Step 4: Toss in vegetables and cook another 5 minutes until veggies are softened but still crunchy and sauce is sticky and thick.
