Marinated Flank Steak with Grilled Pineapple

2 lb. flank steak, fat removed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning,* divided
4 1" thick slices fresh pineapple, skinned & cored
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning*
1/4 fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
Step 1: Place flank steak in a large plastic storage bag.
Step 2: Pour in the lime juice, pineapple juice, oil and 3 tbsp of iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning.* Massage bag to mix the marinade and completely saturate flank steak. Let sit refrigerated for 6 hours to overnight.
Step 3: Remove steak from marinade and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
Step 4: Heat grill to medium-high, season steak with remaining seasoning on both sides.
Step 5: Grill for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5 minutes under aluminum foil before thinly slicing.
Step 6: Meanwhile, brush pineapple slices with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Step 7: Grill pineapple for 2 minutes per side, then finely dice.
Step 8: To serve, lay sliced beef on a serving platter, top with grilled pineapple and fresh cilantro.
