Place flank steak in a large plastic storage bag.
Pour in the lime juice, pineapple juice, oil and 3 tbsp of iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning.* Massage bag to mix the marinade and completely saturate flank steak. Let sit refrigerated for 6 hours to overnight.
Remove steak from marinade and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
Heat grill to medium-high, season steak with remaining seasoning on both sides.
Grill for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5 minutes under aluminum foil before thinly slicing.
Meanwhile, brush pineapple slices with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Grill pineapple for 2 minutes per side, then finely dice.
To serve, lay sliced beef on a serving platter, top with grilled pineapple and fresh cilantro.
(Optional) Serve lime wedges and hot sauce alongside steak.
