Ingredients
1 lb. flank steak, trimmed
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning*
1 tbsp canola oil
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded & medium dice
1 English cucumber, medium dice
4 radishes, thinly sliced
6 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup plain yoghurt
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tsp Sriracha
RANCH DRESSING
Directions
Step 1: Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2: Rub steak with oil and iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning.* Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. After cooking let rest for 10 minutes before slicing steak thinly.
Step 3: In a salad bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Step 4: Toss the greens, radish, cucumber, tomato, green onions, and avocado with ranch dressing and top with sliced steak.
