Ingredients
8 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 2" cubes
3 cups frozen broccoli florets
2 packages chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
4 cups frozen vegetable medley
4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning*
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup light cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2: Combine chicken with broccoli, spinach, vegetables, iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning,* sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar in a mixing bowl until completely mixed.
Step 3: Spread chicken mixture out in baking dish evenly and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Bake for 40 minutes until cheese is bubbly, chicken is cooked through and top is golden brown.
Step 5: Serve hot.
