Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
3 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp green onions, finely sliced
2 large eggs
Sriracha for drizzling
Deep fried chow Mein noodles as garnish
Directions
Step 1: Stir oats, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning* and broth together in a microwave-safe bowl, cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 2: Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, return to microwave and cook 2 minutes more. Stir oatmeal well and divide in two bowls.
Step 3: Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook eggs to your liking.
Step 4: Serve oatmeal hot topped with fried egg, sesame seeds, green onions, Sriracha and chow Mein noodles as garnish.
