Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
4 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
3 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning
fresh lime wedges
Step 1: Place the chicken stock and iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning into the slow-cooker and mix well.
Step 2: Add the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Step 3: When chicken is cooked, shred the meat using two forks directly in the slow-cooker.
Step 4: Top the warm tortillas with shredded chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese, fresh cilantro and sprinkle with lime juice.
