Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese
  • fresh cilantro
  • fresh lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken stock and iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning into the slow-cooker and mix well.

Step 2

Add the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.

Step 3

When chicken is cooked, shred the meat using two forks directly in the slow-cooker.

Step 4

Top the warm tortillas with shredded chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese, fresh cilantro and sprinkle with lime juice.

Step 5

Serve hot.
