Ingredients
1 small onion, minced
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped
3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning*
1 large egg
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seed removed and cut into large chunks
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
juice of 1 lime
4 burger buns, halved and toasted

Directions
Step 1: Combine onion, turkey, Worcestershire sauce, spinach, iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning,* egg and panko in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Step 2: Divide turkey into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 3: Prepare the sauce by blending the avocado, yogurt and lime juice until smooth.
Step 4: Heat a grill to medium- high and spray with cooking spray.
Step 5: Cook patties for 5-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 6: Serve burgers on toasted buns slathered with avocado cream.
