- 2 cups French beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning
Step 1: Fill a shallow pan with salted water and set to boil.
Step 2: Once water is boiling, drop in French beans and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Plunge beans into ice water to stop the cooking process and then drain.
Step 4: Dry the pan and return to stovetop. Heat the olive oil on high.
Step 5: Dump French beans into the hot pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add lemon juice to beans and reduce for 1 minutes.
Step 7: Add cheese and iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning* to beans, toss to coat evenly and cook 1 more minute.
Step 8: Serve hot.
