- 4 (5 oz) pork chops
- 4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning,* divided
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, small dice
- 1 lb. white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Step 1: Heat grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium high heat. Rub pork chops with 3 tbsp of iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning.*
Step 2: Sear pork chops for 5 minutes per side until pork is almost cooked. Remove chops from pan and reserve.
Step 3: Add onion, seasoning and mushrooms to pan and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add milk and Dijon, stir well. Add pork chops back to sauce. Reduce liquid for about 5 minutes until sauce is thick and chops are fully cooked.
Step 5: Serve pork chops smothered in sauce.
