- 1 1/3 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
- 1 French shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 burger buns
- toppings: bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese
Step 1: Combine beef, panko, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning,* shallot, mustard, egg, Worcestershire and ketchup in a mixing bowl. Knead the mixture until ingredients are fully mixed. Do not overmix.
Step 2: Form into 6 burgers, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes- 1 hour.
Step 3: Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 4: Sear burgers 4-5 minutes per side to get a nice crust.
Step 5: Transfer pan to oven and cook 15 minutes until burgers are slightly pink but fully cooked.
Step 6: Serve over buns with your favorite toppings.
