Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh or canned peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place the sliced peaches in a 9-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Pour the melted butter over the peaches.

Step 4

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 5

Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Step 6

Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish.

Step 7

Bake the peach cobbler for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are tender.

Step 8

Let the peach cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving.
