Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning*
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 tbsp Old-fashioned grainy mustard
4 tbsp orange juice
Directions
Step 1: Heat a pan with canola oil over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Sprinkle iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning* over pork chops and pan sear for 4 minutes per side.
Step 3: Remove pork from pan and set aside.
Step 4: Pour apricot preserves, old-fashioned mustard and juice into pan and cook 5 - 8 minutes until thick and sticky.
Step 5: Return the pork to pan and baste with glaze over medium-low heat until pork is heated through.
