Spread butter over the outside crusts of the Cuban rolls on all four sides.
Mix mayo, cilantro, iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning and lime juice. Spread onto top halves of buns.
Spread mustard over lower half of buns.
Build the sandwiches by layering first cheese, then pickle, then pork and cheese again. Top the sandwiches.
Heat a pan over medium heat and place sandwiches in pan. Press down firmly with a metal spatula. Cook 3-5 minutes.
Flip sandwiches and repeat on the other side.
When sandwiches are cooked, cut them in half and serve immediately.
