2 Cuban buns, halved
2 tbsp butter
1 lb. deli counter shaved roast pork
1 large dill pickles, sliced lengthwise
8 slices swiss cheese
2 tbsp light mayo
3 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Step 1: Spread butter over the outside crusts of the Cuban rolls on all four sides.
Step 2: Mix mayo, cilantro, iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning and lime juice. Spread onto top halves of buns.
Step 3: Spread mustard over lower half of buns.
Step 4: Build the sandwiches by layering first cheese, then pickle, then pork and cheese again. Top the sandwiches.
Step 5: Heat a pan over medium heat and place sandwiches in pan. Press down firmly with a metal spatula. Cook 3-5 minutes.
Step 6: Flip sandwiches and repeat on the other side.
