Grilled Pork Loin Souvlaki

1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 2" cubes
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning*
2 red onions, large dice
1/2 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, grated & squeezed of excess moisture
2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
Step 1: Mix pork cubes, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and pork iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning* in a plastic zip bag. Mix by kneading the bag until pork is completely saturated. Marinate 1 to 8 hours.
Step 2: Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Thread pork onto skewers alternating with pieces on red onion until all pork is finished.
Step 4: Heat grill to medium heat and brush lightly with oil.gh.
Step 5: Cook skewers 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 6: Meanwhile, combine cucumber, lemon juice, iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and fresh dill in a mixing bowl with yogurt. Stir well, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
