Directions
Step 1
Mix pork cubes, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and pork iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning* in a plastic zip bag. Mix by kneading the bag until pork is completely saturated. Marinate 1 to 8 hours.
Step 2
Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Thread pork onto skewers alternating with pieces on red onion until all pork is finished.
Step 4
Heat grill to medium heat and brush lightly with oil.gh.
Step 5
Cook skewers 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 6
Meanwhile, combine cucumber, lemon juice, iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and fresh dill in a mixing bowl with yogurt. Stir well, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 7
Serve pork skewers hot over pita bread with tzatziki sauce and fresh lemon wedges.
