Ingredients
1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced into 12 pieces
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
zest & juice of 1 large orange
2 tbsp mirin cooking wine
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning
4 green onions, thinly sliced
sesame seeds
Directions
Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half sesame oil.
Step 2: Sear pork 3 minutes per side, remove from pan.
Step 3: Add remaining oil to pan with soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, mirin and iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning.
Step 4: Bring sauce to a boil, reduce for 3-4 minutes until thick and syrupy.
Step 5: Add pork back to pan, toss in sauce to cover.
