Ingredients
1/2 lb buckwheat soba noodles
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 red chili, seeded and chopped (optional)

1 1/2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning*
1 tbsp canola oil
4 cups broccoli florets
2 red bell peppers, seeded & thinly sliced
1 carrot, peeled & cut into matchsticks

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Step 1: Fill a large pot with water and bring to the boil.
Step 2: Cook soba noodles 8 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 3: While noodles are cooking, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, cornstarch, iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning* and chili if using.
Step 4: Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
Step 5: Dump in the broccoli florets, red pepper and carrot. Sautee veggies 5 minutes until they start to brown.
Step 6: Pour sauce into veggies and stir to coat. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Step 7: Add soba noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
