Ingredients
1 lb. halibut, skinned, boned and cut into 2" by 4" strips
1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning*
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
cooking spray
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 dill pickle, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sweet relish
TARTAR SAUCE
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Set up a dredging station by preparing three shallow dishes, one with flour, one with beaten eggs and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Season fish strips liberally with iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning.* Dip each strip of fish first in flour, shake off the excess, coat the fish in egg, and finish by pressing fish into panko breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Arrange fish sticks on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 5: Meanwhile, combine ingredients for tartar sauce in a small bowl and reserve.
Step 6: Serve fish sticks hot with tartar sauce for dipping.
