Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place each piece of salmon down on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and then rub with iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning.*
Cut lemon in half widthwise and reserve one half for later use. Slice 6 thin rounds from lemon and arrange three lemon rounds over each piece of salmon.
Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes until cooked through with a slight pink center.
Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, dill, salad seasoning and the juice from remaining 1/2 lemon. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve fish hot or room temperature with dill sauce.
