Baked Salmon With Lemon Dill Sauce

2 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skins and bones removed
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning*
1 whole lemon, divided
1 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, roughly chopped
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1/2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Place each piece of salmon down on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and then rub with iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning.*
Step 3: Cut lemon in half widthwise and reserve one half for later use. Slice 6 thin rounds from lemon and arrange three lemon rounds over each piece of salmon.
Step 4: Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes until cooked through with a slight pink center.
Step 5: Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, dill, salad seasoning and the juice from remaining 1/2 lemon. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
