Grilled Harissa Shrimp
1.5 - pound large shrimp, peeled with tails on and deveined
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons iSpice World Flavors™ Harissa Seasoning
Juice and zest of 1 large lime
Kosher salt, to taste (optional)
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste (optional)
¼ cup fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Step 1: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, iSpice World Flavors™ Harissa Seasoning, lime zest, lime juice, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill to prevent sticking.
Step 3: Grill the shrimp for 4 minutes per side until pink and curled. Do not overcook.
