Grilled Maple Soy Swordfish Skewers
*Note to user: This product contains the highest quality spices such as turmeric which can stain clothing, countertops and dishware.
2 lbs. fresh swordfish, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning*
1 red onion, cut into 1" cubes
1 red bell peppers, cut into 1" cubes
8 white button mushrooms, cleaned & halved
Step 1: Gently mix fish with oil, mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce and iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning* until completely saturated. Let rest while preparing other ingredients.
Step 2: When ready to use, remove fish from marinade. Reserve marinade for later use.
Step 3: Soak 8 bamboo skewers in warm water for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Thread fish and veggies in an alternating pattern on skewers.
Step 5: Brush remaining marinade over skewers.
Step 6: Heat grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil. Cook skewers 5 minutes per side until fully cooked but not dry.
