Ingredients
1 1/2 cups hot water
12 oz linguine pasta
8 oz large shrimp, peeled, deveined & cut in half lengthwise
4 oz fresh scallops, muscles removed
1 can (142 g) baby clams with liquid
1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes, blended in a food processor (San Marzano tomatoes are best)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning*
1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
lemon wedges for garnish
Directions
Step 1: Pour water into a large, wide pot and heat over medium-high heat until boiling.
Step 2: Add iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning,* oil, blended tomatoes and pasta to pot and bring to the boil. Stir well to prevent pasta from clumping.
Step 3: Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4: Drop shrimp, scallops, clams and clam juice into pot, mix well. Cook over medium heat until pasta is tender, shrimp are pink, and scallops are cooked through. About 5 minutes.
Step 5: Serve topped with fresh basil and parmesan with lemon wedges for squeezing.
