Pan Fried Cod with Yogurt Sauce
2 (5 0z) pieces fresh cod
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Middle Eastern Seasoning
Juice & zest of one lemon
1/3 cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Rub fish with iSpice World FlavorsTM Middle Eastern Seasoning on all sides.
Step 2: Cook fish 5-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Keep warm.
Step 3: Mix together yogurt, lemon, mint and onions.
