Seared Scallops With Tomato Mango Salsa

1 lb. large fresh scallops, connector muscles removed
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning*
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled, seed removed & small dice
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seed removed & small dice
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup red onion, small dice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
juice of two limes
hot sauce optional
Step 1: Heat oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Toss scallops with iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning.*
Step 2: Sear scallops 2 minutes per side to form a brown crust.
Step 3: Meanwhile, gently fold together the ingredients for the salsa in a mixing bowl.
