Directions
Step 1
Heat canola oil in a large soup pot over medium heat and sweat onion, carrots and celery until translucent.
Step 2
Sprinkle the flour over vegetables and stir well.
Step 3
Pour in milk, stirring continuously until smooth, follow with potatoes, vegetable broth and iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning.*
Step 4
Cook until potatoes are tender, stir in the smoked salmon and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh chives and serve hot.
