Ingredients
2 tablespoons canola oil
½ cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons iSpice World Flavors⢠Moroccan Seasoning
4 salmon steaks, bone-in, skin-on (the bones give the salmon structure and will be less-likely to fall apart on the grill)
Kosher salt, to taste (optional)
Directions
Step 1: In a shallow baking dish, stir-together the oil, juice and iSpice World Flavors⢠Moroccan Seasoning.
Step 2: Coat the salmon in the marinade and let sit, covered, in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Heat a grill or griddle to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill to prevent the fish from sticking.
Step 4: Sear the salmon steaks for 5-8 minutes per side. Salmon is ready when the flesh flakes away easily and center is still pink.
Step 5: Serve the salmon hot with a side of green salad. Watch out for bones when enjoying the salmon, some are easy to spot but others are hiding.
