In a shallow baking dish, stir-together the oil, juice and iSpice World Flavors™ Moroccan Seasoning.
Coat the salmon in the marinade and let sit, covered, in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a grill or griddle to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill to prevent the fish from sticking.
Sear the salmon steaks for 5-8 minutes per side. Salmon is ready when the flesh flakes away easily and center is still pink.
Serve the salmon hot with a side of green salad. Watch out for bones when enjoying the salmon, some are easy to spot but others are hiding.
