Cauliflower Herb Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water and bring to the boil.

Step 2

Boil the cauliflower florets until very tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well in a colander and let excess water drip off.

Step 3

Transfer 1/2 of the cooked cauliflower to a food processor and puree until smooth.

Step 4

Add remaining cauliflower, cream cheese and parmesan to the food processor. Puree on high until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Sprinkle in the iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and pulse to combine.

Step 6

Serve hot.
