Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms, wiped clean & stems removed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning*
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning,* vinegar and mustard until smooth.

Step 3

Brush mushrooms liberally with marinade.

Step 4

Grill mushrooms 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade in between flips.

Step 5

Serve hot or cold.
