Hearts of Palm and Poppyseed Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz) cans hearts of palm, drained & thinly sliced
  • 1 (540 ml) can low-sodium chickpeas, drained
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 celery stalks with leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, small dice
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*

Directions

Step 1

Whisk together the ingredients for dressing in the bottom of a salad bowl.

Step 2

Toss vegetables with dressing.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
