Hot Artichoke and Asiago Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts in water, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated asiago cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Pulse all ingredients together in the bowl of a food processor until still slightly chunky.

Step 3

Scrape the mixture from the food processor into a ramekin or gratin dish.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Step 5

Serve hot with fresh cut vegetables.
