Italian Grilled Cheese

2 (2") slices sourdough bread
1 plum tomato, sliced
2 large balls bocconcini cheese, sliced
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
4 fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Step 1: Heat a grill pan over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray.
Step 2: Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil. Top one slice of bread, on the dry side, with a few slices of cheese, some seasoning, 2 leaves basil and tomato. Top tomato with remaining basil, iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and finish with cheese and top with other slice of bread, oil side out.
Step 3: Grill sandwich for 5-8 minutes until crusty and brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Cheese should be melted.
