Ingredients

  • 2 (2") slices sourdough bread
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced
  • 2 large balls bocconcini cheese, sliced
  • 1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Heat a grill pan over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray.

Step 2

Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil. Top one slice of bread, on the dry side, with a few slices of cheese, some seasoning, 2 leaves basil and tomato. Top tomato with remaining basil, iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and finish with cheese and top with other slice of bread, oil side out.

Step 3

Grill sandwich for 5-8 minutes until crusty and brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Cheese should be melted.

Step 4

Slice in half and serve.
