Mushroom and Tofu Scramble

1 tsp canola oil
2 cup white button mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 16 oz package firm tofu, chopped
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 cups baby spinach
1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning*
2 green onions, finely chopped
Step 1: Heat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat.
Step 2: Pour chopped mushrooms into hot pan and stir-fry until mushrooms are golden brown.
Step 3: Add chopped tofu to mushrooms and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Pour soy sauce into pan and stir to combine.
Step 5: Stir in baby spinach and iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning,* cook until spinach is wilted.
