Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz) jar roasted red pepper
  • 2 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Mediterranean Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup creamy feta
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp pomegranate molasses
  • toasted pita chips for dipping

Directions

Step 1

Puree all ingredients, in a food processor except olive oil until very smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Drizzle oil into mixture with processor running.

Step 3

Serve with toasted pita chips.
