Homemade Chicken Pita

1 1/2 lb. chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning*
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 large clove garlic, minced
6 whole wheat pita bread
3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
pickled turnips, optional
Step 1: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over high heat.
Step 2: Toss chicken thighs with iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning,* lemon juice and oil. Grill 5 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
Step 3: Meanwhile, mix yogurt, garlic and lemon together in a small bowl.
Step 4: When chicken is cooked, remove from pan and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing chicken into thin strips.
Step 5: To serve, dollop sauce in the middle of each pita, top with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickled turnip if using. Finish with hot sliced chicken.
