Pizza Pot Pie

1 (12 oz) jar marinara sauce
1/4 cup red onion, small dice
1 cup white mushrooms, quartered
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded & small dice
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded & small dice
1/4 cup canned black olives, drained & sliced
2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
2 cups light mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 package store-bought pizza dough
all-purpose flour for dusting
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 4 large ramekins with cooking spray.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine red onion, baby spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, pepperoni, iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* and marinara sauce. Mix well.
Step 3: Divide the mixture between ramekins and top with mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Sprinkle a clean work surface with flour, roll out pizza dough to 1/4" thick.
Step 5: Use a ramekin as a guide and cut out 4 rounds of dough, one inch larger than the ramekins.
Step 6: Brush the dough rounds with water and lay over ramekins, pressing them to the ramekins. Set ramekins onto a baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 20 -30 minutes until dough is puffed and golden brown.
