Filet Mignon with Balsamic Glaze

2 (4 oz) filet mignon steaks, trimmed
2 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp butter
Step 1: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with oil until smoking.
Step 2: Rub steak with iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
Step 3: Sear filet for 2 minutes per side to form a dark crust.
Step 4: Remove steaks from pan. Add balsamic and red wine. Mix well and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Step 5: Add steaks back to pan and cook 2 minutes, covered.
Step 6: Remove steaks from pan, let rest while reducing the glaze for 2 minutes. Stir in the butter off heat.
