1 cup raw chorizo sausage, casing removed
1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
2 tsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Southwest Seasoning
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
10 small flour tortillas
sour cream, salsa & guacamole for serving
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix chorizo, cheese, lime, iSpice World FlavorsTM Southwest Seasoning and cilantro together.
Step 3: Divide mixture amongst 10 tortillas. Roll tortillas tightly around filling, secure with a toothpick.
Step 4: Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy.
