Herb Crusted Pork Loin With White Wine Sauce

Instructions equipment

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Pat pork dry with paper towel.

Step 3: Heat a frying pan over high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil until almost smoking. Brown pork loin on all sides until very brown. Remove from frying pan and reserve.

Step 4: Combine 3 tbsp Dijon, 4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning,* parsley, remaining olive oil and shallots in a small bowl. Lather the pork loin with mustard mixture, place on the rack in a roasting pan and roast approximately 1 hour until interior temp. reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 5: Transfer pork to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let it rest 20 minutes.

Step 6: While pork rests, heat butter in frying pan used for searing pork until frothy.

Step 7: Sweat shallots until translucent. Sprinkle flour over shallots and stir to combine.

Step 8: Whisk in white wine, reduce by half. Add mustard, chicken stock and iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning.* Whisk to prevent lumps.

Step 9: Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce is thick.

Step 10: Slice the pork, serve with white wine sauce.
