Roasted Beet Hummus

Instructions equipment

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wrap beet in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes until fork tender. Let cool, peel and cut into chunks.

Step 2: Put beet, chickpeas, lemon zest & juice, tahini paste, water & iSpice World FlavorsTM Middle Eastern Seasoning into the bowl of a food processor and puree until very smooth.

Step 3: Slowly drizzle in olive oil with food processor still running until it is all incorporated.
