Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash

Step 1: Heat oil in a non-stick pan over high heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and reserve.

Step 2: Add sweet potato and iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning* to pan, sautee for 10 minutes to brown on all sides.

Step 3: Stir in spinach, sautee until wilted. Mix in cheese until melted through. Scrape hash on to a plate.

Step 4: Crack eggs into hot pan and cook to your liking. Top hash with eggs, sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately.
