Thai Pork Lettuce Wraps

Step 1: Heat canola oil in a pan over high heat. Brown pork, breaking it up as you stir.

Step 2: Stir in the hoisin, soy, sriracha, vinegar and iSpice WellnessTM Pork Seasoning.* Mix well.

Step 3: Serve cooked pork, hot or cold in lettuce leaves topped with carrot, onions, peanuts, cabbage, coriander and sweet chili sauce.

  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and julienned
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small bunch fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
