Ingredients
- 1 cup raw chorizo sausage, casing removed
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Southwest Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 10 small flour tortillas
- sour cream, salsa & guacamole for serving
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix chorizo, cheese, lime, iSpice World FlavorsTM Southwest Seasoning and cilantro together.
Step 3
Divide mixture amongst 10 tortillas. Roll tortillas tightly around filling, secure with a toothpick.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy.
Step 5
Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
