• Your first recipe that we publish earns a $10 iSpice e-gift card.
• Each later month in which we publish another of your recipes, the card goes up by $10: $20, then $30, then $40.
• From your fifth rewarded month on, every rewarded recipe earns $50, the most a single card can be.
• One rewarded recipe per person per calendar month. You can send more; extra recipes in the same month may be published without a card.

• Your own recipe, written clearly, with amounts and times.
• At least one real photo of the finished dish, taken by you.
• Recipes with iSpice spices are more likely to be chosen, but any spice is welcome.
• We do not publish copied recipes, stock photos or recipes with health or medical claims.

• Our team reviews every recipe within 7 days and decides what to publish.
• We may edit wording, photos and length for clarity and to match our style. Your name stays on it unless you asked us not to show it.
• E-gift cards are sent by email within 7 days of publishing and can be used on ispiceyou.com. They have no cash value.
