One Pot Seafood Pasta

One Pot Seafood Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled, deveined & cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 oz fresh scallops, muscles removed
  • 1 can (142 g) baby clams with liquid
  • 1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes, blended in a food processor (San Marzano tomatoes are best)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning*
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • lemon wedges for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Pour water into a large, wide pot and heat over medium-high heat until boiling.

Step 2

Add iSpice WellnessTM Seafood Seasoning,* oil, blended tomatoes and pasta to pot and bring to the boil. Stir well to prevent pasta from clumping.

Step 3

Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 4

Drop shrimp, scallops, clams and clam juice into pot, mix well. Cook over medium heat until pasta is tender, shrimp are pink, and scallops are cooked through. About 5 minutes.

Step 5

Serve topped with fresh basil and parmesan with lemon wedges for squeezing.
