Ingredients
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning
1 celery stalk, finely diced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 small red pepper, seeded & finely diced
12 oz cooked Nordic shrimp (salad shrimp)
2 medium Hass avocados, ripe but firm
1 half lime
Directions
Step 1: Combine mayo, cilantro, lime juice, iSpice World FlavorsTM Latin Seasoning, celery, green onions, red pepper and shrimp in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Cut each avocado in half, remove seeds and peel.
Step 3: Squeeze lime over avocados.
Step 4: Divide the shrimp mixture between avocado halves, filling the holes where the seeds were.
