How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery then takes 3-7 business days within the lower 48 US states.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking link. Open it to follow your package on the carrier's website.
I never got my order. What should I do?
First check the tracking link in your shipping email, and allow up to 7 business days after it ships. Still missing? Send us a message with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free on orders over $35 within the lower 48 US states. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. See the return policy for the details.
