Bratwurst (German Sausage)

Bratwurst (German Sausage)

Ingredients:

  • 4 Bratwurst sausages
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sauerkraut, to serve
  • Mustard, to serve

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Grill:

    • Heat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the Sausages:

    • Lightly oil the grill. Place the sausages on the grill, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve:

    • Serve the Bratwurst with sauerkraut and a dollop of mustard on the side.
